1. Soak the loofah scrubber

Soak dish sponge in water until it wet and soften.

Tips: Warm water will make it swell quickly.

Apply Soap, make it foam well

Apply just a pump of dish soap, and then gengtly squeeze the loofah scrubber for a fews mins, it will lather up well.

Clean Dish or Intended Surface

Scraper dirt, oil stains, leftovers etc on the dish or cookware with silicone scraper firstly, and then clean or scrub the surface as you like.

4. Rinse and Hang it Dry

Rinse both cookare and loofah sponge under running water, and hang it air dry between each use, which will expand its lifetime.

Why the loofah sponges I received looks different in color?

Due to different loofah growing time, environment, sunshine, the color is different for all pieces, just like apples in the tree. Natural loofah sponges are usually beige, off-white or dark yellow, it just proved sponge are 100% natural, unbleached.

Why the loofah sponges are not consistent in size and thickness?

Since they are grown naturally, the fiber density and loofah shape will be quite different, plus manual sewing, which result in the inconsistent, some pieces hard, some soft, as they can not be controlled by machine, but it’s alright for use.

Are they safe for use on delicate surfaces?

The natural loofah sponge is dry when received, they will become soft when wet, gentle enough to scrubbing backed-on food, effective for tough stains, suitable for non-stick cookware, countertop etc, no scratches or streaks on surface, safe for bath.

Are are really safe and healthy for dish washing?

The ripe loofah features natural texture and pores, so the sponge is ventilate and air permeable, they will dry quickly to prevent mildew, no retain of odors over time. You can take it for dish washing without worry about the potential harm.

Are they hard to use?

Some are probably made of old loofah, making sponge a little tough. If they are too rough or stiff, please put it into hot water for much longer time before using, ensure they are soft enough for intended surfaces, and avoid to use it for bathing.
